Meet Maggie Cornelison
Founder and Creator/Coach of The Magnolia Method
Iβm Maggie Cornelison, a hospitality leadership coach and the creator of The Magnolia Method β a human-centered framework designed to elevate how people lead, communicate, and serve. With over a decade of experience in hotel sales, guest experience, and team development, Iβve built my career in high-pressure environments where performance, professionalism, and people skills must work together every single day.
Like many in hospitality, Iβve faced burnout, self-doubt, and the constant challenge of balancing excellence with well-being. Instead of letting those challenges define me, I used them to refine how I lead β learning that real success doesnβt come from pushing harder, but from showing up calmer, clearer, and more confident.
Today, I help professionals elevate themselves from the inside out by strengthening emotional intelligence, communication, and leadership presence, so they can thrive in their careers without losing themselves in the process. My message is simple but powerful: when you elevate how you lead yourself, you elevate every space you enter.

πΏ Why Invest in Soft Skills Training with The Magnolia Method πΏ
Technical skills keep operations moving, but soft skills shape guest experience, team performance, and leadership under pressure. In service-driven industries, success is built through communication, emotional intelligence, and human connection.
The Magnolia Method strengthens the skills that matter most β helping teams stay calm, communicate confidently, build authentic rapport, and influence outcomes through service, not pressure. The result is stronger culture, more consistent brand representation, and leaders who coach and support rather than simply manage.
Soft skills are a competitive advantage. When people feel confident and supported, service improves, turnover drops, and loyalty grows.
The Magnolia Method develops the person behind the position β so performance and well-being rise together.
